SOLUTION: Illinois Virtual School (IVS) can be a solution for public, private, and home schooled students in grades 5-12 with its standards-aligned online courses taught by Illinois certified, highly qualified teachers. 

IVS can provide students with:

-- An opportunity to take courses not offered by their face-to-face school, such as
   Advanced Placement, foreign languages, and other enrichment opportunities;

-- Ability to enroll in courses that could not fit into their daily school schedule;  

-- Credit recovery options to graduate on time; and

-- Individualized instruction that occurs anytime, anywhere, and any pace.

IVS serves students from all districts, from very large urban schools to small, rural districts.
