  2. » There are specific FAQ's for students, schools, and professional development opportunities listed under each green colored area of the website.  Please click the appropriate links to view this information.

  3. What is the cost for a course?
  4. » The cost is $250.00 per course in the Fall and Spring semesters.  Summer courses are $225 per course.

  5. Can I drop a course without being charged for the course?
  6. » Please see our Flexible Enrollment calendar in Course > Academic Calendar, which will list the last date to drop a course without a fee.

  7. Who do I contact if I cannot login to my course?
  8. » IVS does have a Web Help Desk.  Please submit a ticket using your IVS credentials at http://helpdesk.ilvirtual.org

  9. Does IVS grant credit for online courses?
  10. » No.  IVS provides a certificate of completion.  IVS partners with public and private schools.  The public or private school grants credit for completed IVS courses. 

  11. Do we create the course in your system or does IVS?
  12. » We have an Instructional Designer who will work with your organization to create your course.  You must supply the content, including lessons, activities, and quizzes, etc.

    Viewing Grades and Attendance Currently Unavailble

    Due to a temporary glitch in our Student Information System (MAESTRO), students, parents, and schools are unable to view grades and attendance.  Students can view grades in the course itself.
