If you do not see a FAQ addressing your question, select CONTACT in the menu bar to call our office or submit a help ticket by emailng your question to ivshelp@ilvirtual.org.
» Students have a two week grace period to drop a course without charge, starting for the course start date. Please visit our Flexible Enrollment Course Term Dates for more information on start dates, drop dates, and course end dates.
» Access to courses will take place on the course start date or within 12-24 hours after enrollment approval if registration takes place after the course start date. You will not be able to log in until that time. If you are experiencing trouble logging in, please submit a ticket using your IVS credentials at http://helpdesk.ilvirtual.org and a tech support person will respond as soon as possible.
