The Peoria Regional Office of Education is closing the Illinois Virtual School (IVS) on June 30, 2022. On January 1, 2020, ISBE moved to a course catalog model which eliminated the annual grant to operate IVS. As a non-profit entity, the elimination of the grant and the move to the course catalog model is not sustainable for business operations.
